Forming A Team

Evangelistic teams need various members with distinct skills to contribute to the overall program. The team should consist of a minimum of four to five people, realizing that a large campaign may require additional members.

A Team should include:
1. A pastor/lay evangelist speaker.
2. Family program presenter(s) – a husband and wife team is ideal.
3. Health educator(s) – doctor or nurse to give lectures is preferable.
4. Children’s Program Leader(s).
5. Health Expo coordinator – can be the Health Educator, doctor, or nurse.
6. Team Reporter – a designated person to write stories, take photos, and give update reports by email during the evangelistic series.

Recruiting Members:
There are various sources for identifying potential team members.
1. From the speaker’s home church.
2. Friends and family members.
3. To a limited extent, The Quiet Hour tries to match available volunteers to appropriate teams.

Potential Team Members: Those interested in international evangelism and not part of a team can register as a Support-Team Member with The Quiet Hour and be assigned to a team needing their skills.
