Help Cambodians Learn of Jesus

The gospel is to be taken to all six billion people on earth. This is the command of the Lord Jesus, and it is a colossal task. The Quiet Hour has teamed up with other organizations to attempt to find new approaches to the people of the world.

This photo is the front page of a set of Bible study materials prepared in Cambodia. The Buddhist view of the world is attractive to the average person. In this drawing a man has been trying to flee from a tiger. He swings over the edge of the cliff and is now safe from the pursuing animal. However, as he looks into the water below him an alligator is ready to take him as prey.

A closer look at the picture portrays the certainty of sorrow and death. Two rats are chewing through the vine. In a short time the fleeing man will be in the water with the alligator.

The little title of the study presents the fact that there is a way to escape our troubles and find eternal happiness. These Bible study materials have been very successful in reaching the Buddhist people of Cambodia.
