Viveca Hernandez
Planned Giving Associate /Trust Officer

Viveca's skills in business and accounting are so very helpful in the many complex tasks she performs to help keep our Planned Giving Department operating smoothly. She is a Trust Officer. Her careful work in trust services and her cheerful way with people make her a valuable part of our team. She and her husband Fred live in Redlands, and are the proud parents of two grown children and grandparents of a teenager and an infant.

Robert is a Trust Officer and a recent addition to the Planned Giving Department. Robert has a strong interest in the worldwide evangelism work of The Quiet Hour and is delighted to work with trustors who want to advance the work of God’s kingdom. Robert holds degrees in theology and education. He and his wife Lillian live in Grand Terrace with their children, one in Christian high school, and one studying dentistry.

Jackie Tucker
Planned Giving Associate /Trust Officer

Jackie brings a rich perspective to her work with her background in health care and as a trust services officer. She is also the Production Assistant for the Windows of Hope television program, coordinates health ministry activities, and provides leadership for the Field Representatives Program. Jackie also helps her husband, Pastor Bill Tucker, in overseas evangelism programs and in numerous rallies and ministry events in North America. She even preached her own series of evangelism meetings in Chiclayo, Peru, in 2003.

Dené Tyler
Administrative Assistant, Planned Giving & Trust Services

Dené brings a variety of experiences and interests with her to The Quiet Hour. First and foremost, she has a very close relationship with Christ and a passion to share her love for Christ with others. Her friendly and outgoing personality, in addition to her trust service experience, is definitely an asset to our Planned Giving and Trust Services Department. Those who have an opportunity to speak with her will discover that she loves people and wants to help them. Outside The Quiet Hour, she likes the outdoors, especially running on beaches, hiking in mountains, gardening, traveling, and dabbling in interior design.
